Looking after your loved ones |

With
almost half of NSW's adult population without a Will, the Public
Trustee NSW is encouraging newlyweds to openly discuss their wishes for
each other, should either pass away unexpectedly.
If you die without a Will, your estate will be divided up based on a
government formula - and your loved ones may not receive what you wish.
During the Public Trustee's Good Will Week in mid-October 2007, newlyweds can get free advice on writing Wills.
And with almost $8 million going to the NSW government coffers every
12 months from unclaimed estates, it is important to ensure that your
current Will is kept up to date so that your nearest and dearest can be
located.
Go to www.goodwillweek.com.au or www.pt.nsw.gov.au for more information. |
